"CRIME FIGHTERS -- John Lansing, Steve Bonino, Biff Warren and Cosie Costa (l.-r.,
standing behind letters) are "The Kids from C.A.P.E.R." who work with the local police
department to fight crime.  Bob Lussier (left) plays a television reporter and Robert
Emhardt is the police chief in this new Saturday morning series for young viewers
which premieres Sept. 11 (12 noon-12:30 p.m. NYT) on NBC-TV.
